EPG contains more than 110,000 pages of drug and medicine data along with medical guidelines, disease information, treatment guides, clinical trial reports and medical news. Many users find the search tool with catagorised search results of value, however our clinical information can also be browsed using the top and right hand navigation on every page.

Most drug data includes the pharmaceutical brand name, generic name, a description of the drug or medicine components, presentation (what it looks like), the conditions each drug is licensed for, adult, child and elderly dosage guidance, contra-indications, special precautions, interactions, adverse reactions, manufacturer or marketing authorization holder, availability (typically prescription only) and the date we last updated the information we hold in our database.

Our data is sourced from recognised medical licensing authorities, agencies, regulatory bodies and the pharmaceutical industry.

Disease knowledge centres typically include an overview of both pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches to treatment.
