Emollients.

Generic Name :

Dimeticone, wool fat, glycerol, isopropyl myristate

Drug description :

Cream.

Presentation :

Cream, dimeticone 50mg, wool fat 60mg, glycerol (85%) 100mg, isopropyl myristate 170mg per gram.

Indications :

Treatment and prophylactic care of dry and sensitive skin, for example, in ichthyosis, psoriasis, dermatitis and hyperkeratosis.

Adult Dosage :

A thin layer of the cream should be gently massaged into the skin three times daily or at appropriate intervals.

Contra Indications :

Known hypersensitivity to the ingredients.

Special Precautions :

Should not be used on open wounds but can be used on cracked skin associated with dry skin conditions. Avoid contact with the eyes.
