Bismuth subgallate, bismuth oxide

Drug description :

Anusol Suppositories: suppositories. Anusol Cream: cream. Anusol Ointment: ointment.

Presentation :

Anusol Suppositories: Bismuth subgallate 59mg, bismuth oxide 24mg, Peru balsam 49mg, zinc oxide 296mg per 2.8g. Anusol Cream: Zinc oxide 10.75%, bismuth oxide 2.14%, Peru balsam 1.8%. Anusol Ointment: Zinc oxide 10.75%, bismuth oxide 0.88%, Peru balsam 1.88%, bismuth subgallate 2.25%.

Indications :

Haemorrhoids, pruritus ani and other ano-rectal conditions.

Adult Dosage :

1 suppository or application of cream or ointment night and morning and after defaecation.

Child Dosage :

Not recommended.
